ISIS makes constant progress, dealing blows to the government led by Nouri Al-Maliki. The military retreated from 3 more cities in a strategical move made in order to minimize the potential casualties.
MSNBC discussed the success of the Al-Qaeda ISIS division during the Up With Steve Kornacki segment as the insurgents managed to conquer a total of 4 cities in the past few days while also sieging the biggest refinery in the country, located near capital Baghdad.
