A teenager from Alabama was arrested for allegedly plotting to kill her family. The scheme was discovered by her aunt as she used Facebook to pose as a boy and see what her niece was doing online. According to Al.com, Marissa Williams, 19, is being charged with solicitation of murder.
Williams was living with her aunt but the relationship was not close. After an argument, she blocked her aunt on the Facebook social network.
The aunt was suspicious and created a fake Facebook account named “Tre Topdog Ellis”. Without Marissa knowing, she started to talk with her niece at the end of May. On the first interaction Williams offered sexual services in exchange for $50 meant to pay for her cell phone bill.
After a few days Williams told Tre to come kidnap her and kill the aunt in the event she tried to stop him. As time passed, the plots became more sinister.
Williams’ final instructions were for the Ellis fake persona to enter the home, kill the aunt, her dog, the cousin and the fiance.
William was arrested and bail was set at $30,000.
